Solution:

Cin7 and StarryEyed collaborated to crystallize the global mission, vision and values. We confirmed best practices to inform and inspire training, incentives and resources to evaluate and better service existing and new partners. We also created compelling personas as profiles that paint the picture of our primary targets to ensure emphatic marketing and relevant messaging. Then we activated the strategy by designing market-ready materials from pitch decks and websites to online ads and all-company event materials.
